Board of Directors Refuses to Resign!

At the November 20th board meeting, Jim VanLuvanee asked for the immediate resignation of the board of directors. The board refused to resign. The board's refusal to resign was witnessed by the four owners in attendance and a representative of the Tigard Police.

Bluestone & Hockley Withdraws Bid

Following a meeting with Lynn Braitman and Cyndi Robinson, Bluestone & Hockley withdrew their bid to manage Canterbury Woods Condominiums.

Seat Opening On Board Of Directors!

As per a Canterbury Woods owner: a Board of Directors seat will be opening soon. Many owners believe that the BOD should inform owners of openings on the board, so all interested owners may volunteer to serve. Board Meeting Highlights

The board has agreed to a 2004 budget with a 3% HOA dues increase.

The board has agreed to interview and select a management company prior to November 15th.

The time and location of the meeting, to meet the representatives of the management companies will be announced soon.

SAVINGS TO 2004 PROPOSED BUDGET

At the Oct. 21st board meeting, the board plans to propose a 2004 budget with a 15% increase in the homeowner's dues.

Ana Keynes and Jim VanLuvanee have gotten bids from new Property Management, Property Maintenance, and Landscaping Companies that can save Canterbury Woods $50968 in 2004 without any increase in the homeowner's dues or loss of services.
